It seems they are giving some kind of special offer.. Do you think its worth buying and will the builder provide OC & CC?

No there is no such offer going on in this project and as per my knowledge, the builder is going to offer OC and CC for this project.

Any idea how far will be the project from Ryan International School and DPS, I am planning to admit my children there? How much will an apartment cost me in this project?

Ryan International School and DPS will be around 10 mins from the project. The price of 2 bhks starts from Rs 78 lakhs and 3 bhks starts from Rs 1.04 crores on wards.

The project has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP and banks like Axis, Punjab National Bank, HDFC, Syndicate Bank, SBI, LIC Housing Finance, ICICI, Oriental Bank of Commerce. The project is expected to get completed by end of 2016. Oh Yes!! they are giving A Khata for this property also.
