Hey, if you want to look at some beachfront properties then there are quite a few good options. You can check out the Dolphin Bay Project at Vallarpadam. It is being constructed by ABAD developers and will have prime beachfront residences.
Another interesting upcoming property that I came across was the Periyar Waterfront in Aluva. This project will have some interesting apartments.

If we are discussing the upcoming real estate projects then I must mention the projects under Heera group. They are developing two luxury apartment buildings, Heera Lifestyle in Tripunithura and Heera Global City in Kakkanad.

Real estate in Kochi has suffered in the past. But it is picking up pace now. If you are looking out for the new upcoming properties of Kochi, then you must check out the Purva Skycondos at Kakkanad by the famous Purvankara group. The apartments are priced at Rs 63 and 85 Lakhs.
Another interesting project that you might want to check out is the Gokulam Atma apartments in Tripunithura. These are basically serviced apartments and have good prospects in the real estate market. Gokulam is also in the project of developing the Accolade Apartments in the same area.
