Your welcome Sneha,
Kondhwa is among Pune most developed residential areas, which is said to be a fast growing suburb. It is located in southern Pune and has proximity to Camp and the Cantonment areas. Hadapsar, Pune Railway Station, Swargate Bus Stand, Kalyani Nagar, Pune International Airport, and Deccan Gymkhana which are most demanding and important areas. transport facilities are good in the locality as it is well serviced with autos and buses. Close to IT hub Kalyani Nagar and Hadapsar

Hi AK,
Looking at the present real estate trend it seems like the prices of the properties in and around Kondhwa is set to rise in near future. The localities has many nearby malls, hypermarkets and retail giants will push the markets rates up in the coming years in and near Kondhwa. Transport facilities are also good in this area. All the daily necessities are such schools, colleges, hospitals, markets and malls are nearby the locality. So if you are looking for investment purpose. I would like to say that you should go for this project. And 3-5 years of time horizon will give you a good return.
