Hey, anyone please suggest whether to invest in this project or not? also when this project is going to complete?

Hi Shweta, project is good option for investment. Katraj Kondhwa Road, Pune is new developing area where you can find maximum development in residential as well as commercial market. I am also planning for this project and i found builder is very good while in conversion. he give lot of information in one shot. he told me that project is started construction works and complete till Nov 2016.

Which all banks and local body has approved this project? What is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality?

Three Jewels is one of the residential development of Kolte Patil Developers, located at Katraj Kondhwa Road, Pune. It offers spacious and skillfully designed 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats. 1BHK - 600 sq.ft., 2BHK - 960 sq.ft. and 3BHK - 1250 sq.ft. Project is expected to complete by Dec 2016 and all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project.

The current property rate in the locality is between Rs. 4250-4700/sq-ft.

they are quoting 4750 ....few people told it is end of pune on the Katraj side....also lot of accidents happen due to heavy transport activity....I am looking for residential point of view and not investement..thanks

Hey this a a good project and has club house,swimming pool with special pool for kids, skating rink, basketball court, tennis court, amphitheater, toddler play area , aroma garden etc etc...

The big point is that there is a separate block dedicated to vegetarians only and there are temples also inside the complex.

Hi deepthi , i had enquired some time back and they were quoting a price of Rs 4700/sqft for the project which is a basic price and there will be some additional charges as well. they have options in 1BHK,2 BHK and 3BHKs

Well as far as I see, the location is good.. at the Katraj kondhwa road that is about 5 kms from the Mumbai Pune bypass road and about 7 kms from the Pune Solapur road.

There are quite a few hospitals, colleges, institutes, temples and shopping areas nearby.. Reputed schools like Bharati Vidyapeeth, bishops school and DPS is also nearby....

I booked in feb at 4300 n fr my frnd I spoke abt 10-15 days back then I was offered 4500, I think even 4450 is also possible..
