No idea about D S MAX Skylishcious, Banagalore. I know other real estate builder in Bangalore name Pashmina Developers. Pashmina Developers is reputed real estate developer.

No, they are absolutely not negotiating on the price they are quoting. The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and banks like SBI and HDFC. You can check the floor plan by clicking on the given link

Are they negotiating on the price they have quoted? Any idea about the approvals? Please share the floor plans as well.

The project was launched one month back an they are telling that they will give the possession by another 36 months. The present price per sqft going on is Rs 2800. The approximate sale price of the apartment ranges from Rs 17.69 lakhs to Rs 36.40 lakhs.
