No, it is a PMC approved project and almost all the leading banks such as HDFC, LIC Housing Fin. Ltd., SBI, ICICI etc. are offering home loan for this project.

Atlanta Ph-2 by GK Wonders located at Wakad in Pune. It is a residential housing project offers 2BHK from 854-927 sqft. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 6000/sqft. It is a G+12 storeys flats having 5 towers.

Okey,
This project is located 1/2 km from the Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore Bypass. It is very close to Hinjewadi IT Park. It is well connected to transport facilities such as bus, autos and ricksha and basic facilities like schools, shopping malls, entertainment centers and star hotels etc.

The possession date will be near about December'2016.
