Hi,
Can anybody tell me, I dont understand the return concept for end users, I seriously doubt that any of its project would have returned anything in last 2 years. And any chance of a return in next 3 years. Your reply is highly appreciated........

Well Imran,
if we look at the pricing of projects which they launched in recent times , than their is huge difference between ATS rates and near by projects rates.

1. ATS Pristine , Sector - 150 , they are selling it at 5900 - 6000 ( C.L.P ) A.I , Possession in next 4-5 years in the same location J P Aman is Available at 3600/sq-ft A.I , Almost Ready.

3 . ATS Dolce , Sector - Zeta - 1 , They are Selling at 3800/sq-ft A.I , Possession in 3 years
Just next plot , AVJ Heights , Possession in 4 Months is Available at 3300 - 3400 A.I

This is a good project from an end user perspective as ATS has a good reputation of giving what is promised.

Hey, they will be launching the phase II in another 6 months time and the rate will be around RS 4250/sqft.. the prices have not been revised yet but is expected in another months time.. so now is the good time to invest..

Which all banks are financing the project and what are the amenities provided?

well HDFC and ICICI is financing, but i doubt if any nationalized bank is doing..as the land is leasehold... they are also giving car parking, play courts swimming pool club and and other amenities with the project. ATS dolce is around 4-5 km from pari chowk and has excellent connectivity

Hi Mr Singh the current rate here is a BSP of Rs 3750 per sq ft and they have 3bhks in 3 sizes of 1500sqft, 1800sqft and 2315sqft. so a 1500sqft will cost around Rs 58 L and probably around Rs 62 l all inclusive... this is a good project if you can stretch your budget.

Hmmm... ok what is the construction status and when is the possession expected?

The project was launched just a couple of months back and the excavation is ongoing.... the possession is expected in mid of 2017 as the work will be most probably be completed by Dec 2016.

Well, as far as i have seen greater noida has not seen appreciation as much as say noida extension, but the area is near proposed metro, there are It companies functional in the area and there area commercial areas also near by.. the Developer is reputed and the connectivity is also good.
