Q: Hi, After going through the news i was thinking of investing in noida extension but further comparison of the prices has confused me. The prices in noida, greater noida and noida extension are all in the nearby range only… just a matter of some Rs 1000 but..which area is expected to appreciate more ?? also in terms of livability which will be good?

Latest Answer: Hi Ramlal, As per different sources, another circle of metro line is proposed to unite Greater Noida which will begin Noida City Center, go through Sectors 71, 78 and 121 and after that join the Bodaki railroad station in Greater Noida. This route line will keep running along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and achieve Knowledge Park 4 by means of Pari Chowk, at long last completion at Bodaki.
