Till now I have not bought any plot in this project but have inquired about the same. Yeah you are right there is no information available and I think this is their first project.
As far as I know the project has been approved by BMRDA and LIC Housing Finance and SBI. The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2850 sqft. For west facing plot it is Rs 51 lakhs, for north facing it is Rs 59 lakhs and Rs 55 lakhs for east facing plot.
Alpha Green City is a plotted development which is coming up in RJ Lay Out, Harohalli, Whitefield. The project is expected to get completed by 2015. Alpha Green City offers plots of different dimensions ranging from 1250 sqft to 1850 sqft.
