Which all banks have approved the project and are they providing A Khata for this property? Any information about Cauvery Water connection?

BBMP and banks like Axis, HDFC and SBI are offering bank loan for this project. Yes they will be giving A Khata for this project. For the time being Cauvery water connection is not there but bore wells will be there for water supply.

Hennur road which is located in the north side of Bangalore, is coming up as a popular residential destination. The reason why the demand for residential real estate has increased is because of the close proximity to the International Airport

In the coming years, the locality is going to see a new dimension because of the small distance from the city centre, planned developments and the close proximity to the airport. With this the property prices are also expected to go up by 15 to 20 percent in the next one year
