Hi Abhishek, I personally think you should go ahead with this plan if you increase the room size then it will affect your budget or else if you are ready to increase the budget then you have more option available in this area.... No dought project is very good if you talk about residential purpose.

Hi all, first of all thanx for ur precious information about this project.
this is abhishek and i m looking forward to book flat in suburbia project.
everything seems good like location , amenities etc but bit confused about room sizes as room sized are bit compact as compared to others.
can you please suggest on the same.

Hi,
I am thinking of buying a 2 bhk flat in this project.Considering its proximity to Kharadi and Wagholi and the beautiful location that it has,i am hoping I am being rational enough to say it has great prospects from the appreciation point of view.
Just wanted to know what are the opinions of others who have visited the site?

Saarrthi Group has launched yet another project called Saarrthi Suburbia at Wagholi in Pune. It offers 1/2/3 BHK residential flats in various ranges such as 1BHK in 556 sq-ft, 2BHK from 770-785 sq-ft and 3BHK from 978-1019. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 3100/sqft. The project is spread over 15 acres of land constructing 1350 nos of units in 14-blocks. It is a G+12 storeys project consists 8 flats in each floor.

Okey,
This project is strategically located on the PUne-Nagar Highway and very close to the Kharadi IT Park. A new flyover connecting Wagholi to Shikarpur is proposed on this road which will be of four lanes. It is a industrial as well as warehousing belt of Pune. It is popular because of the affordability factor, proximity to various IT Park and and good connectivity via Nagar Road which has now been widened.
It has witnessed a capital appreciation of 5-7% annually which is a good sign for the home buyers and investor both.

Saarrthi Suburbia is a Gram Panchayat approved project and almost all the leading banks such as Axis, HDFC, LIC Housing Fin. Ltd.,SBI, ICICI etc are providing loan for this project.
