All the above information is false since the project is stopped due to SAHARA scam case since 2011. As an aspirant who foolishly paid 90% of the amount and waiting for handover of flat, I advise you not to venture in this troublesome project. All the guys who replied above are from SAHARA office whose only job is to cheat Customers and they are paid for that. BEWARE! and BE AWARE....

Hey, the 2BHK apartments in the Sahara City Homes are available only in 1112 square foot area size for a price of Rs 40 Lakhs. The 3BHKs are available in two area sizes – 1187 and 1473 square feet, for respective prices of Rs 43 and Rs 53 Lakhs.
The Sahara City Homes also have 5BHK villas of 4282 square feet which are priced at Rs 3 crores. The 3BHK row houses of 1845 square feet area size are available for a price of Rs. 90 Lakhs.

Date of possession of the Sahara City homes is by October of 2016. The unit types are basically 2 and 3BHK apartments with a per square foot price of Rs. 3600, which is slightly higher than the average square foot price in Saravanampatti. But you can always negotiate with the seller for a lower square foot amount.

The Sahara City Homes is a project of the Sahara Prime City Ltd. Located in Saravanampatti, this is one of the major residential projects in this area and there is already a big rush going on for booking the apartments. These apartments will be available from October of 2016, so there is still quite a bit of time left. But I would suggest that you buy it off as soon as possible, because then you might be able to get a lower quote on the square foot price.
