Fortis hospital is easily accessible and so is the sec 18 market..there is sapphire school that is nearby and so is the operation metro station of city centre.. very good location.

Amenities include modular kitchen,wood work and wardrobes, coverd car parking and wooden flooring in bedrooms etc, the location is very good close to schools, hospitals and malls as well as near proposed metro station. There is provision for club, gym, security etc as well.

Well Vikram, there are options of 1 bhk and 2 bhks available. i had enquired for 2 bhk and that is 900 sqft and will cost approximately Rs 35- 40 Lakhs. This project has 5 floors and as you move up each floor the price will be less by approx Rs 50,000.

Well, i guess you have to pay upto 40 % and 60% loan is available.. booking amount is 10% and the finishing stages are ongoing. the possession will be in 3 phases by this year ens and early next year.
