Never think of buying any flat from these crooks.

1. Very bad people rude once payment is done they will treat you like their slaves very unprofessional.
2. The company is run by bhiyas of UP.
3. They will say ye apki sardardi hai , beg liars.
4. Will not deliver your project on time.
5.Even it is not proper society charges are like a big society.
7.Cramped parking ,parking space is less than number of flats.

Think 1000 times before buying any flat from them.

Thanks for the quick responses but it did not answer my question fully. I want detailed specifications. Everyone makes RCC structure these days.

1. What brand tiles on floors.
2. What brand/quality of wood is used for flooring.
3. Electric wire/pipes/bathroom fittings.
4. Is water connection available ?
5. How many electric ports are active in each flat for power backup ?
6. Do they have cable wire inlet port for TV and same for Telephone ?
