Yea even I heard the same. Some special offer: Guaranteed rent back offer Rs 10 per sqft for 20 months. I do not think there is any issue with this project.
Hi everybody, The project is located on Kannamangala Road, Off. Kadugodi – Old Madras Road and located close to Sobha Amethyst and Adarsh Serenity. The project is a collaboration with another company called Axis Spaces. VBHC Serene Town will be a high rise project offering 224 apartments on 2.6 acres. It offers 2/3 BHk residential apartments from 957-1312 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 3900/sq-ft, he approximate sale price ranges from Rs 37 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs approximately all excluding.
But it came to know that the this builder looks to be too rigid in terms of agreement clauses. All clauses are to protect their interest. Any one wants to share his/her experience around agreement details?
Hi Manjunath, This builder is far better than any others. Refer to my earlier comments in this page. Initially I also felt agreement is one sided. After series of discussions they amended the agreements for all. They listen to customers. You can check with anyone who booked.
Now the rate has been increased to 4000 Sq.ft. I enquired now and they said it was 46 Lakhs for 2BHK(Including Registartion,Tax). SInce budget was out of my hand,i Skipped this..
@Pratap, I am concerned about the water situation in Whitefield. Can somebody enlighten me as to how this project is getting water? As per my info,they have borewell water. This area comes in the list of places handed over to BBMP from BDA. Vbhc currently have only the BDA approval. Dont you think they need to get the BBMP approval as well?
We booked the flat on april Mid. They told they will get approval from sbi in two weeks. They have not got the SBI approval yet. Has anyone got a clue on this?
Did you ask the builder about the SBI approvals? Which are the other banks providing home loan for this project? Has the project got approvals from BBMP?

Hi Tej, As far as I know the banks approvals are under process and it will take another 10 to 15 days time to get the approvals but they have got approval from BDA. They are asking for Rs 2 lakhs for 2 bhk and Rs 3 lakhs for 3 bhk apartments.
The project was launched 15 days back and they are quoting Rs 3800 per square feet. The approximate sale price ranges from Rs 36.36 lakhs to Rs 49.85 lakhs.
