I visited the site 2 weeks back and met one of the partners of the builders. He showed me the flats. There are 6 flats in each floor(2BHK and 3BHK). Amenities are very basic (Power Backup, Lifts, Covered car parking, Gym etc.). They are also promising a children play area (at the back side of the apartment) but there is not enough space for children play area. They may just put few swings over there and will show that as children play area. The locality and the area looks decent. The roads are well constructed and yes, as this is a BDA layout, they have Cauvery water supply available and 2 bore-wells. The property looks to be clean with Khata A and there should not be any problem in getting loan from SBI,
Tough the property looks promising, my only worry is about completion time(someone in this forum mentioned May 2015, but when I check with him 2 weeks back, he said Feb-Mar 2015). The other concern I have is about the hidden costs...
