Q: if you want to save yourself from embarrassment of losing your money, being intimidated by land owners, and feeling cheated stay away from this apartment . Work is not getting completed , builder is least bothered , quality of work done is c class

Q: Is it good place to invest now and how it will be in future if i invest now.
Latest Answer: I am staying in Yelahanka for may be 3- 4 yeras and I have seen phenomenal growth in the last few years and is the chosen place to live as well as invest in North Bangalore. Most of the reputed builders like NCC, Prestige, Sobha, Purva, Shriram having presence in this area for which the property prices have already shot up. Now it is very difficult to find a 2BHK under 40 in Yelahanka new town.

Q: I am planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment in Defence Paradis Yelahanka.Builders are SLV constructions. Please advise
Latest Answer: I visited the site 2 weeks back and met one of the partners of the builders. He showed me the flats. There are 6 flats in each floor(2BHK and 3BHK). Amenities are very basic (Power Backup, Lifts, Covered car parking, Gym etc.). They are also promising a children play area (at the back side of the apartment) but there is not enough space for children play area. They may just put few swings over there and will show that as children play area. The locality and the area looks decent. The roads are well constructed and yes, as this is a BDA layout, they have Cauvery water supply available and 2 bore-wells. The property looks to be clean with Khata A and there should not be any problem in getting loan from SBI, Tough the property looks promising, my only worry is about completion time(someone in this forum mentioned May 2015, but when I check with him 2 weeks back, he said Feb-Mar 2015). The other concern I have is about the hidden costs... Can someone share any additional information

Q: I want to know the scope of this project after two years, if i book now (investment wise). What will be the approx per sq ft rate after 2 years.
