No idea about the builder and neither there is any information available about the builder over the internet so it will be really difficult to comment on the construction standards.
The project has got BMRDA approvals and also tied up with banks like Axis and LIC. The locality is good for investment purpose and you can expect at least 70% capital appreciation in say 2-3 years.
The project is ready for registration and it will take another eight months to get completed. The project will have 219 units with sizes 30x40, 30x50, 40x50 and 40x60. The booking amount is Rs 2 lakhs and the price of the plots starts from rs 16.8 lakhs + Registrations.
Current the rate per sqft going on is Rs 1399 and almost 40% of the project is already sold out. I have not visited the site but planning to if possible then sometime in this week only.
