Hi Wasim,
2BHK from 1183/1186/1200 and 3BHK in 1550 sq-ft is available for booking. The current price is Rs. 8000/sq-ft. It is a G+12 storeys apartment consists 150 units in 3-towers. Construction work has just been started.

Crystal Tower by Paranjape Scheme Const. Ltd. located between the localities of Aundh and Pashan. It is near to Mumbai Express Highway and connectivity to Mumbai, Bangalore. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports.
As per the word with their sales person it is found that the date of possession will be October'2016.
