Hey guys Tindivanam is fast developing city next to Chennai, it has a potential to accommodate big industrial, IT, automobile industries in and around. Also the proposed 6 way track will be helpful for its growth in terms of infrastructure.

@Supratim: The expected completion date of the project will be by feb 2017. Amenities such as Garden, Play Area, Maintenance Staff, Rain Water Harvesting are basic amenities provided here.

@Supratim: Plots such as 1000 sq.ft and 1200 sq.ft is available. The price for 1000 sq ft plot would be Rs 1.40 L below, for 1200 sq ft would be 1.60 L. I think it is reasonable price.
