Yes they have launched the project in the month of April this year and the estimated possession date of the project is by 2017. Golden The Presidential Tower offers 3 and 4 bhk apartments and 5 bhk Sky villas. on the top four floors.

The project is spread over 13.8 acres of land with 376 units and 84% is open space. It is a 50 storey residential tower with 2 blocks ( North and South). Each block will have 4 well designed apartments per floor.

Current the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 9600. The price of an apartments starts from Rs 2.59 crores inclusive everything.
