Yes, you should surely buy an apartment in this township. There are superb amenities on offer like swimming pool, garden, 24 hour power backup, club house, gym, party lounge and play ground. The township also has a tennis court and cricket. You can take possession of your apartment by December 2016. Apart from the apartment, the township also has row houses. The row houses are available in 3BHK or 4BHK

You can either choose to buy a 2BHK apartment which starts at Rs. 31.62 lakhs and goes up to Rs. 32.94 lakhs, while the 3BHK apartments can be bought for Rs. 36.18 lakhs or 47.25 lakhs for the bigger 1575 sq. feet apartment. The price per sq. feet is Rs. 3000 per sq. feet

The project is ideally located, and is not too far away from the heart of the city. You can access the apartment either from MR-10 road or the Ring road. The Delhi Public is only a kilometre away, and there are many other educational institutions nearby. There are also other key facilities like hospitals, grocery stores, and shopping malls in close proximity.
