Most of these are small scale shops only. One of the markets in this area is the Fuleba Sabjimandi. You can find a few food outlets like Dominos as well as some showrooms like Bata, Hero, Delhi Paint Corporation, etc.

Latest Answer: Yeah, Ive heard of this too. Though I think the lighting project is mainly focussed within the industrial area of Pithampura. Especially the stretch on the main road from Mahendra Wheeler to Eicher factory. Because this area is completely in dark, and a lot of miscreants are up to no good at night. The calculated expenditure on this lighting project is Rs 2 lakhs.

Latest Answer: I've also been looking into apartments on Napania Road. The Lifestyle Ocean Park is still under construction so they probably haven't put up the rent prices as yet. Although there are some apartments that are going to be available by the end of this month by which time an estimation of the prices would be out. The sale price of a 2bhk is approximately 32 lacs. If you find out rent prices then please try to get back to me as well! :)

One can only hope this gets sorted soon, otherwise water issues will be a permanent problem in the Talawali Chanda area.

Latest Answer: I agree, the Kanadia Link road will definitely improve traffic situation in Indore. The link road will provide the required width and would aid in free flowing traffic. My only advice is to exercise caution with any illegal structures at or around the property you are planning to purchase, as the construction of the link road would require tearing down any such structures. That being said, in my view this area is an ideal place to invest.

Now we don't have to travel on the 2 lane road, but we can use the 4 lane road, which will reduce our travel time. This road will also make it easy for people living in East Indore to travel to the airport.

Latest Answer: I agree. Check out some other properties in this area before you settle. The problem with the Gyansheela Super City project is that I feel the apartment sizes are too small. The 1bhk is only 530 square feet and the 2bhk is only 900 square feet. And this is only the built-up area. The actual carpet area available to you might be smaller. You can try out some other apartments in this locality like the Shikhar Balaji Skyz, or the Casa Greens. Both these projects are on A.B. Road. There is another Gyansheela project coming up on the A.B. Road – the Gyansheela Silk Space. I think you will like this better than the Gyansheela Super City
