The big advantage here it is just 15 minute drive from international airport and few minute drive from NH-8, locality and area is good. I think you can go here with Vatika Group. Here it has launched Sovereign Park, a luxurious residential option for investment.
Appreciation of the property is good and prices are increasing day by day because of the upcoming Dwarka Expressway. Better connectivity to Delhi is increasing the land price in sec. 99.

Hi , As per my knowledge, this sector has shown some significant hike in average residential price. In year 2012 Jan-Mar, average residential price is around 3350/sq-ft. after many ups & downs this price is now touched around 6550/sq-ft. Yeah there you can notice some hike in price.

It will take time to Set up Social Infrastructure in this location and there is also proximity of Railway Junction that will create nuisance for people will live their.
Location is average Not very much apt from End Use and Investment,
On Similar Rates locations like New Gurgaon Will give relatively more appreciation in Short and Long Term as there are proximity to NH8, KMP Expressway, Dwarka Expressway, and Builders like DLF, vatika etc are there that location fetch more premium in the future compare to sector 99.
That is bad about the social infrastructure, i would have been nice if the sector had schools and hospitals.however, what is the price trend here and please list out the projects that are coming up??
The sector is bang on the dwarka expressway and on the opposite side is sector 100 that has the HUDA water treatment plant. The area is very good in terms of accessibility and connectivity with good internal roads and connections to the dwarka expressway and the Basai road. The area will see a huge demand and good appreciation in future once the area gets developed and is a safe investment area.
There are no schools or hospitals planned as of now in this sector but the surrounding sectors have good schools and reaching them is not very difficult thanks to the superior connectivity..
