The big advantage here it is just 15 minute drive from international airport and few minute drive from NH-8, locality and area is good. I think you can go here with Vatika Group. Here it has launched Sovereign Park, a luxurious residential option for investment. Appreciation of the property is good and prices are increasing day by day because of the upcoming Dwarka Expressway. Better connectivity to Delhi is increasing the land price in sec. 99.
