Concorde Tech Turf offers 3 bhk apartments for any size of family and they have named them as S, M, L and XL. The price of a 3 bhk apartment starts from Rs 50 lakhs on wards.

Current rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3700 on wards and the price of a 2 bhk will cost you approximately Rs 43 lakhs.

The project was launched in December 2013 and the expected possession is by 2016. it has got approvals from BDA and banks approval is under process. rs 1.5 lakh for a 2 bhk and Rs 2.5 lakhs for 3 bhk
