Hello, Mr Kumar in such a case i will suggest that you take legal advise from a lawyer regarding the pros and cons and what precautions you can take...some time back i was trying to call the builder but the calls were not answered..

Hi Mr Kumar, i was speaking to a broker some 6-7 months back and was advised that they have all concerned approvals, however i think that this land is in Shaberi not in lal dora. I will like to suggest to you that you take proper precautions before investing and get all the paperworks checked by a knowledgeable person.
