Cordon Central Park project review

Q: I'm interested to know more about the Cordon Central Park residential project coming up in the Saravanampatti locality in Coimbatore. I'm especially looking for an apartment complex which has multiple amenities to offer for families and feel like Cordon Central Park might be a good place to live with a family.

I think one of the best features about the Cordon Central Park project is its location. Saravanampatti is one of the key residential areas in Coimbatore and the best part is that there are a lot of good schools and colleges here. The Eurokids school is only 1km away from the building. So you won’t have to send your kids too far for quality education.

The Cordon Central Park apartments are good to go. The possession date has been announced as April 2015 and you can get 2, 3 or a 4BHK depending on your requirement. The 2BHKs are 1140 and 1259 square feet in area, and will cost you around Rs 48 and 53 Lakhs. The 3BHKs are 1682 and 2300 square feet, and are priced around Rs 55 and 71 Lakhs. The 4BHK is 2303 square feet and cost Rs. 96 Lakhs. So in case you have the average Indian family of your spouse, your children and your parents, then I’d suggest the larger 3BHK, rather than the 4BHK.

The Cordon Central Park project is an upcoming residential project in Saravanampatti. There are 2, 3, and 4BHKs available in this project. If you have more than one child, then I’d suggest you to go for the 3BHK, otherwise the 2BHKs are big enough for 3 occupants. In case you have a big family, with your children and your parents living with you, then I’d suggest the 4BHK, which has a built-up area of over 2000 square feet.

The Cordon Central Park project has been developed by the Cordon Bleu properties. If you want to move in here with your family, then I think you’ll be quite comfortable here. The unique thing about this project don is that a lot of stress has been given to the environmental aspect. If you have children then they will benefit quite a lot, as there are playing grounds, swimming pool, tennis court and a gymnasium.
This project has been pre-approved by banks like HDFC, SBI and ICICI, so you won’t face much problems when you apply for a home loan.
