As far as I know the builder is a small builder . Till date they have completed two residential and commercial project in Bangalore. Saakara Dhaaruni Residences is their third residential project. Bit confused whether I should buy an apartment in this project or not.

As far as I know It is a joint venture by Saakara Associates and the land owner. It is under construction and expected to get completed by mid of 2015. There is hardly any information available about the project and builder over the internet.

I have inquired about the project few days back. Saakara Dhaaruni Residence is a ongoing project by Saakara Associates and the project is expected to get completed by 2015 March. The project comprises of 72 units with a combination of 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments. It is a Ground+4 structure.

Saakara Dhaaruni Residence is known to be approved by BBMP, AKhata. ICICI, IDBI, LIC, SBI, Axis, HDFC banks are tied up with this project. The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4650.
