Hi, i think that the min size of a 2 bhk is 850sqft and that will cost an all inclusive Rs 35 lakhs + registration charges.. Banks like Axis, ICICI, HDFC and India bulls are known to finance the project and i am not sure if any nationalized banks are financing...
