Q: Hey I am interested in Tata Tritvam apartments in Kochi, can someone give me some good information on it? I’m thinking of buying a 4BHK, I will have to take out a sizeable loan out, but I think it would be worth it. What’s the word on it?
Hey that’s pretty accurate with the pricing, here is something interesting - the price per square foot differs when it comes to the 3BHK apartments, maybe it has something to do with the sea view or interiors, or possibly which floor the apartment is on. One of the things about this township that stands out is their intense electronic and personal security system. It has all the other amenities that you would expect from luxury flats of this price, like swimming pool, health facilities, power backup, sporting gymnasiums and a regular fitness gym, yoga classes, intercom, etc.
Hey there, Tata Tritvam apartments are among the costliest apartments in Kochi, but I have to say it has everything going for it. Its in the Marine Drive area, so that alone shoots up the price. But you are not paying for the locality, you are paying for the luxury to overlook the Arabian sea from your windows and balconies. 4BHK is 10700 rupees per square foot, so with the apartment size ranging from 2918 to 3461 square feet, it will cost you somewhere between 3.12 crores in Indian currency to 3.70 crores. If you wouldn’t mind getting a 3BHK then you could get away by paying 1.47 crores. They also have a 6BHK option costing 4.63 crore.
