Hi this would be a good choice for real estate in Coimbatore. It will be convenient to travel around here as it is close to the Satyamangalam Road of NH 209 which is the most arterial road in Coimbatore. It is also situated in the IT hub of the city. The Martin Nandavanam is set in Saravanampatti that is almost a 30 minute drive away from Coimbatore city. It has been approved by the Coimbatore Municipal Commission and by major banks which make it easier to procure funding and finance based on sound credibility.

Hi , the Martin Nandavanam is a venture undertaken by the Martin property Developers Private Limited. It is a good investment with a provision of the exclusive amenities and 560 apartments that make up the entire housing facility is spread out over 4.21 acres of land. Saravanampatti is also known as the education hub of Coimbatore city and also seems to have a potential IT hub which is quite an asset to your investment. The price range for the 1 and 2 BHK apartments varies between 14 Lakhs and 23 Lakhs for an area of 485 – 540 sq.ft and 740 – 775 sq.ft respectively.
