Q: I want to buy a villa in Indore for my family. There are 5 of us, me, my wife, my two children and my parents. Will the Satya Malwa Jewels project be a good investment? Can someone give me some details about this place, like possession date, apartment prices, etc?
Hey, I agree with these guys, I think you should go for the 4bhk villa too. It has a built-up area of 1960 square feet and a price rate of Rs 3550/sq. ft. You will have to pay a total of around Rs 70 lacs for this property. The other kind of villa, the 2bhk one, is also priced at Rs. 3550/sq. ft. It is much smaller though, just 926 square feet and priced at Rs 33 lacs. I don’t think this will be enough for your family. The date of possession of this project has been announced to be from December 2015. So you still have some time on hand.
One of the best things about this project is its location. Its located on the A.B. Road, near the Maheshwer road crossing. This locality is a bit isolated, so you will not be disturbed by the usual city noises or pollution, but it’s also well connected to the main parts of Indore, so you won’t feel that you’re living in a remote area. The units available here are all 2 or 4 bhk villas. The 2bhk villas have only one floor, whereas the 4bhks have two floors. You should go for the 4bhk.
The villas in the Satya Malwa Jewels project are actually perfect for large families like yours. I think you should go for the 4bhk one for your family; it will be a perfect fit. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and two more on the first floor of the villa. So you and your wife, and your parents can occupy the rooms on the ground floor and your kids can stay on the first floor of the villa
Hello friend. The Satya Malwa Jewels is a pretty interesting property choice, investment-wise. It is definitely a green signal for me on this. This project has many varying properties under them, and constructions are going on in full force. The project has been approved by the Indore Development Authority (IDA), so you have nothing to worry about regarding its reliability. It also has home loan approvals from major banks like Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, and State Bank of India. So you can apply for home loans at any of these banks
