Nariman City Project in Indore

Q: How is the Nariman City project for buying a 3bhk? I was looking at residential projects in Vijay Nagar, and I came across this one. Can anyone give me any further information on this project?

Hey, I think you should go for the row houses in the Nariman City project. The total built-up area of these houses is around 1360 square feet, and they are priced at an affordable Rs 2450/sq. ft. so they will cost you roughly around Rs 33 lacs.
This township is quite close to the offices that are going to be set up by TCS and Infosys. So it will see a huge price appreciation soon enough. The plots from phase I of this project are available at a resale value of Rs. 1250 to 1400/sq. ft.

Hey, these guys are right, Nariman city is in the Supercorridor area. In fact, it is quite close to the Chhota Bangarda. Around three more 100 ft. roads are going to be constructed leading this place back to the southern part of Indore city. This project is getting a lot of publicity and interest because of its focus on row houses as opposed to apartments. I see that you want a 3bhk. So will you be good with row houses? Because from what I’ve seen and heard the row houses being sold at the Nariman City project are pretty good as well as inexpensive

Hey, I would suggest going for this project. I think this will be perfect value for money. The Supercorridor is going to see more development in real estate and there will be a definite appreciation in the prices in the next 5 to 6 years by which time TCS and Infosys would have set up their scheduled offices here.. So the sooner you invest in a property in this place the better.

Hey, the Nariman City project is not in Vijay Nagar. It is actually located on the Super Corridor main link road, at MR 5. Still you can go for it, it’s just 17km away from Vijaynagar, and it will take you just about a half hour drive to get there. You can get 2 and 3bhk apartments here. But Nariman City is mostly known for its row-houses. Owning any of these row-houses is like practically owning a villa itself, since the design and construction of each house resembles that of a villa quite a lot.
