Q: Hi, i am looking at purchasing a flat in Srinivasa Classic. This project is near to total mall. Anyone has any review on this project and what is the best price we can get?
There is hardly any information available about the builder over the net. What I know is that they have successfully completed two projects namely Srinivasas Diamond and Srinivasa Signature.

Hi Kaushik, Srinivasa Classic is the third residential project in Bangalore by Srinivasa Enterprises. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 820 sqft to 1857 sqft. The rate per sqft going on is Rs 4600 onwards.
The project was launched almost one and half year ago and the construction work is going on. The possession is expected by June 2015. Banks like SBI, LIC, HDFC are tied up with this project and BBMP has approved the project. No, they are not ready to negotiate.
