Why just apartments, you can also go for a villa. Instead of a 3BHK apartment, if you wish to go for a 3 BHK villa, you’ll have to pay INR 2,050 per sq. ft. as well. Considering the villas are 1,627 sq. ft. each, they would cost you around INR 33.67L each, which is a little more than what you would pay for the apartment. Prajay Virgin County has the HMDA approval, along with the Leading Housing Finance bank approval. The maintenance staff is very efficient, and the area is safe and secure.

Hey! I think it’s a good investment as well. Apart from what has already been mentioned above, this place also has a rejuvenation zone with a centre to practice yoga, a hall for prayers and a spa to relax. For small children, there are facilities for nursery school and primary school in the vicinity too. Babysitting is also available. All your basic necessities can be bought from the shopping zone. For emergencies, there’s a health centre too. The security is very good, it has a water treatment plan, and has 100% back-up power. The gas supply to each home is through pipes.

I recently bought a property here, and I feel it’s totally worth it. The apartments come with world-class facilities. Each sector here consists of a clubhouse, banquet hall, swimming pool, party lawns and health club. You have facilities to play snooker, billiards and outdoor games. Most apartments don’t have too much space outside to move around. But Prajay Virgin County has around 70% of its area open. For the health-conscious people, there’s a joggers’ track along with wide walkways. If you have kids, then there’s a children’s play area that’s safe and secure. The place is ideal for families.

Hey! I think investing in Virgin County is a good decision. The neighbourhood is very friendly and the people staying here are almost like-minded with similar backgrounds. You haven’t mentioned what kind of unit you’re looking for. Anyway, the price per sq. ft. here is around INR 2,050. So if you’re looking for a 1 BHK, then for an area of 640 sq. ft. you would be paying around INR 13.24L. If it’s a 2BHK, then for an area of 1,100 sq. ft. the sale price would be approximately INR 22.77L. And if you want to go for a 3BHK, for an area of 490 sq. ft. you would have to spend around INR 30.84L.
