I would suggest OMR as it is the fastest growing corridor in Chennai. Its near fomral college before SSN engineering college in OMR. Surrounded by multistorey apartments & near hiranandhanis proposed 2nd project in Chennai. Best locality to invest & expect a high returns in a short period of time. :)
Yes pranab you are right also it is the only location closer to OMR-Siruseri with lots of features & good water. Just 5-10 minutes to HLC, BVM, maharishi vidya mandir, PSBB school, ags cinemas, Vells college & hospitals and global hospital.

Also majority of villas are available in OMR at the starting price of Rs 30 lakh whereas Kelambakkam offers fully featured villament at the starting price of Rs 60 lakh to 65 lakhs.
Hey Priya: there are around 100 projects are slated in the region, especially in OMR and Kelambakkam region. OMR is a very decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
