Hi Jitendar, As per my knowledge booking amount -10%BSP sale value, Within 30 days-10%, At Bhoomi Pujan- 10% of BSP + 50% of PLC. This is the construction linked payment plan of this project given by builder.

There is a proposed metro station in the vicinity and good hotels like Radisson Blu, Sheraton and crowne plaza etc are there.... DPS school, IMS and AKG engineering colleges are nearby and so is the Gautam buddha university.

Well Mr singh, i was advice 1 bhk for 20L and 2 bhk for 28L and studio and serviced studios at around rs 25 L with assured returns till possession. As much as i know the construction has started a couple of months back and are so on the initial stages. You can take a gap of 3-4 years for possession.
Suneet, mixed land use means that you can have both commercial and residential spaces in a single area. simply meaning that if you there is a wide enough road in the area, you can can rent out a piece of land or space for commercial purpose.
This make the place more livable..it is good if u have office space , commercial areas and other daily needs within a small radius...that increases the use of the land and the value. This is also more good and reduces risk for developers... they don't have to bear the brunt if demand for commercial space decrease as that can be compensated with residential spaces.
