Hi Rahul,
Thanks for the information.

Even I heard same when I enquired about this project.They are letting the unprocessed sewage to outside and local people around them has filed complaint against them. Definitely there will be ever more bigger trouble, if they are not even bothered about such basic infrastructure necessities.

I was also looking for a flat near electronic city . One of my friend suggested SVR but I heard that there is some litigation is going on wrt STPI since this apartment do not have a proper STPI and they are trying to connect the sewage to near by Lake. Not sure . Please share me if you have any updates.

Hey Sanjay, as far as I know the project has been approved by BMRDA. Banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance and Canara are tied up with this project. The project is located after Narayana Hrudayalaya, it is a very calm and peaceful locality. I think Agasthya is their first project so cannot say about the reputation of the builder.
