Are all approvals in place? Which local body and financial institutions have approved it? Have they got State RERA approvals? If yes, then what is its RERA Registration number?

S2 Homes The Water Grove is a BMRDA approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, ICICI, and Axis Banks have approved it.

Yes, S2 Homes The Water Grove is a KARERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is PRM/KA-RERA-1251-308-PR-180222-001666

S2 Homes The Water Grove is an under-construction residential project by S2 Homes, located in Electronic City Ph-2, Bangalore. Variants are available from 1070-1175 (Build-up area) in 2BHK, from 1080-1113 sqft in 2.5 BHK, 1225-1978 sqft in 3BHK, and 1889 sqft in 3.5 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs3600 per sqft. The project as per RERA will be completed only by Jan 2020. But still, few flats are available in new and resale option.
