@Balwinder: This is good locality and residential area, beside there where lots of residential complex are there. There is a big market near by, railway station, bus stops, metro stations are just in proximity. Yes it is good for investment purpose you can get good returns in future.

@Supratim: Units such as 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 70 lakhs for 801 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs. 1.22Cr - Rs. 1.23Cr for 1628 - 1643 sq.ft.

Hey Abhijit, the project is located in Kolshet Road, Thane West, Thane. Thane West is a good and peaceful residential locality to stay. This area has got good habitat along with very good transportation facilities. Total residential area with a helping nature people and locality is also good there where people are upper middle class.
