Q: Will be moving to Coimbatore pretty soon. Was looking at properties, when I came across the Cordon Bleu Central Park project. Does anybody have any details regarding this property?

Hey, the guy above me is right about the apartment details of the Cordon Bleu Central Park. All those different types of apartments have the same price rate though – Rs 4200 psf. So if you want a 2bhk, then it will cost you between, 48 to 53 lakh rupees, a 3bhk will cost you 52 to 82 lakh rupees, and the 4bhk will cost you 97 lakhs. The possession date of this project has already been annlounced to be by the end of this year i.e. December 2014.

The 2 and the 3bhk apartments are there quite a lot in number; there are only twelve 4bhks though, so if that’s what you want then you need to hurry up, because these apartments are getting booked really fast. The 2bhks come in five different sizes of saleable area – 1146 sq.ft., 1200 sq.ft., 1228 sq.ft, 1241 sq.ft, and 1277 sq.ft. The 3bhks come in sizes of 1682, 1751, 1757, 1952, 1710, 1700, 1956, 1738 square feet. The 4bhk however is available in only one size – 2303 square feet.

Yes, this project is definitely one of the best upcoming projects in Coimbatore. The wide variety of apartments available itself is impressive. There are different types of 2bhks and 3bhks. So you’ll have some good options if you want a 2 or a 3 bhk. The price range is quite affordable, Rs 4200 per square foot. The apartments are quite big in size, the minimum built-up are being 1150 square feet. The properties are going to be built on over 4 towers, with 13 floors each!

Hi there. I’m also looking at new properties in Coimbatore, so I recently found out about the Cordon Bleu Central Park. It is pretty impressive actually; there are 2, 3 and 4 bhk apartments available. The most impressive fact about this project is that it is so huge! It covers almost 5 acres, but most of that land will be open spaces, like parks, gardens and swimming pools. And as far as I know, there are going to be some penthouse apartments as well, for those who are looking for luxury apartments.
