Q:Will be moving to Coimbatore pretty soon. Was looking at properties, when I came across the Cordon Bleu Central Park project. Does anybody have any details regarding this property?
Latest Answer: Hey, the guy above me is right about the apartment details of the Cordon Bleu Central Park. All those different types of apartments have the same price rate though – Rs 4200 psf. So if you want a 2bhk, then it will cost you between, 48 to 53 lakh rupees, a 3bhk will cost you 52 to 82 lakh rupees, and the 4bhk will cost you 97 lakhs. The possession date of this project has already been annlounced to be by the end of this year i.e. December 2014.
