I can give some more information about this project. The flooring for the main lobby will be granite and marble, and there are lifts and staircases from the basement to all floors. The complex will have automatic lifts, and you will also get generator backup for pumps, and lighting of common areas. The apartment complex is a RCC framed structure. Vitrified tiles will be used inside the apartment, and the toilets will have anti-skid tiles.

The walls have been painted using plastic emulsion, and the exterior of the apartment will be painted using acrylic paint. The main door will have a teak frame, and toilet doors will be made of hard wood. The kitchen will have a stainless steel sink, and good quality Jaguar fittings. Provisions have been given for water filter in the kitchen, and telephone and TV points for the bedrooms.
