Q: Hi, After going through the news i was thinking of investing in noida extension but further comparison of the prices has confused me. The prices in noida, greater noida and noida extension are all in the nearby range only… just a matter of some Rs 1000 but..which area is expected to appreciate more ?? also in terms of livability which will be good?
Hi Ramlal, As per different sources, another circle of metro line is proposed to unite Greater Noida which will begin Noida City Center, go through Sectors 71, 78 and 121 and after that join the Bodaki railroad station in Greater Noida. The 6 path highway which connected Greater Noida to Ghaziabad has recently been opened for public use. This road would further get joined with the Eastern Periphery Road. Development Authorities are providing better infrastructural facilities and connectivity to these areas, keeping in mind the end goal is to advance the realty development. Which has driven quick paced increment in the interest for housing in these cities.

There is definitely the impact of a noida address that will be here.
I do agree and with and with an end user perspective will say that noida and greater noida west are better and more livable in comparison with greater noida. 1. Metro is functional till city centre and is easily approachable 2.Hospitals and good schools are in the vicinity 3. IT and office spaces are nearby 4. Better connectivity to Delhi via the noida expressway, link road and DND. 5. will appreciate better and sooner
You can also look at greater noida also , if it is investments and are ready for a long time gap of say 4 +years.. The area is developing, many infrastructures are planned, road widening, metro is scheduled till Pari chowk. The area is planned and right now the prices are very low and expected to increse significantly in future.
in shorter durations though noida sectors or noida extension will be better.
I will suggest only noida or greater noida as many litigation, delay by builders and other problems in noida extension and so will prefer to wait long with peace of mind rather than getting stuck with delayed projects
Well Mr khan..i think that if you are looking for investment purpose, you have much more chances of appreciation in greater noida west also called as noida extension. Metro work has already started, better planned and township projects are here so this will jump many fold in another 2-3 years when the projects start giving possessions.
Yea..that is there, so will definitely advise you to check all paper work before investing and also if possible get a lawyer involved who knows the legal issues and check for frauds. Best will be to go with reputed and big builders who has a name in the market like Gaursons or Amrapali to name a few...
