apartment has both BMRDA/panchayat approval,will we face any problem while getting possession letter/occupancy
Q: We found that some of the builders in Electronics city,Bangalore , have constructed G+4 floors.They informed us that G+3 floors has been approved by BMRDA and the top most floor(ie G+4)th floor has been approved by gram panchayat only.We are planning to buy a flat in the(G+3)rd floor(BMRDA approved). Please advise whether we would face any problems while getting the completion certificate or any other, as the apartmnet has been approved by both BMRDA and panchayat.

That is quite strange that till third floor BMRDA has approved the project and 4th floor has been approved by Panchayat. May be there can be some kind of deviation, before booking check all the documents, approvals, floor plans etc.
Hi All, I got some good comments about this project. It has very good ventilation, power backup, easy accessibility, near by schools and colleges. Also the builder is ready to share the relevant documents for legal verification. Thanks for all your comments.
@Swathy, I would advice you to go for projects which has got all the necessary approvals from local body or banks otherwise there may be chances of demolition or other thing if the project has not got the approvals required.
Hi Swathy, If the fourth floor is not approved by BMRDA then there is some problem with the project. I would advice you that before buying or booking any flat in this project, cross check all the documents with the help of legal expert.
