Q: I was interested in buying a plot to build my own dream house. Should I invest in the Anmol Whispering Meadows property? Does anyone have any extra information on this project?

Yeah, i agree, the prices are reasonable. And considering the locality of Sathy Road, I’d even say that they are cheap, because this is such an exciting place to live in. The smallest plot of 1300 square feet costs Rs. 7.18 lacs, the medium plot size of 1742 square feet costs Rs 9.58 lacs, and the largest plot size of 2177 square feet costs Rs 12 lacs. The property already has home loan approvals from all major banks, so you should easily be able to get approval for a home loan in order to invest in any of these plots.

Yeah those are the saleable areas of the plots, I think if you want to build a house on a plot, you will have to stick to a ratio regarding the area of the house. So you wont really be able to use the whole of the are you buy. Anyway, all the plots are priced at Rs 550 per square foot, which I think is quite affordable. So it will be better if you invest in the larger plots, because even then it wont cost you too much.

Yeah this project has already gotten the loan approvals from all the major banks like HDFC, ICICI and Axis bank. If you’re looking to buy plots, then you must definitely take a look at the plots offered at the Anmol Whispering Meadows. They come in 3 different sizes, the smallest one being 1306 square foot, the next ones are 1742 and 2177 square feet respectively.

Hey, good call! The Anmol Whispering Meadows has both villas and plots, so you can even check out the villa designs and if you like them, you can invest in them instead of buying a plot. There are basically three types of plots available, all varying in the total saleable area. I think the location of this project is pretty great, as it is on the upcoming Sathy Road. I think it has got home loan approvals also.
