It seems Rs 4000 per sqft is a pre launch offer and the offer is valid till tomorrow after that they are going to increase the rate.

Hi Sheetal, I think the rate per sqft is OKAY for the area. As far as I know the rate per sqft going on in this area is around Rs 5500 to Rs 6000.

When did you book the flat Parag? Have you done any negotiation? Isn't 4000 psft a bit higher rate for that area??
