Martin Mount Vue in Coimbatore

Q: I’m going to be moving to Coimbatore soon with my whole family. I will be buying a house somewhere on Thudiyalur. Is the Mount Vue project a good choice?

Hey I also support this decision of yours. I think the project is very well suited for family homes, and so is the locality. Thudiyallur is one of the best places in Coimbatore to live in, especially if you have kids, because of the number of schools, hospitals and other social infrastructural developments here. The price of all the apartments in this project is Rs 3750 per square foot, which is quite reasonable in my opinion. You can always apply for a loan with the Punjab National Bank, as they have given their approval for this project.

I also agree with these guys. I can give you a bit more information about the project if you want. The 1bhks are available in areas between 578 to 600 square feet and will cost you around Rs 22 lacs. The 2bhks are available in built-up area sizes between 1067 and 1319 square feet, so that will cost you between Rs 40 to 50 lacs. The construction work is almost over, possession date has been announced as July 2014, so you better hurry up and do your booking if you are serious about getting an apartment here.

Hey its a thumbs up from my side too. I think this project has pretty interesting apartments under it. I mean if I had to choose a residential project in Thudiyalur then this would be definitely my decision. The apartments are standard 1 and 2bhks. I think if you’re going to be buying for your family, then the 2bhk is the clear choice. Other than this, the project has already received home loan approvals from major banks, so that’s an added plus.

Hey you’re talking about the Mount Vue project by Martin property developers ltd right? Yeah it will be a good place to buy your family home. The price is a bit on the higher side, but I think it is negotiable so you can get a lower quote, just talk to the builder. As for the amenities, I think it has all the basic things that you and your family would need, so I’m gonna advise you to go for it.
