On application of booking - Rs.15,00,000/-, Within 30 days of booking- 97.5% of BSP less Down Payment Rebate of 10% of BSP and Rs.15,00,000/- paid with application plus PLC, BEC, Lease Rent, Club Membership and Car Parking, On receipt of Occupation Certificate - 2.5% of BSP + IFMS + Registration and other charges.

Well the construction has started and the work on the 2nd floor is ongoing... the project is still in soft launch but the construction is ongoing. possession is scheduled to be 3 years after launching which will happens in july this year..
